Hey mates, thanks again, that was a lot of fun! Congrats to Adam too, eh? Have some fun with it… do eeeeet!

Got to admit, I’m of the same mind when it comes to those Worlds prizes. The whole ‘sheet of cards’ feels… odd. And this is from someone who knows that a ‘corner block’ is attractive for stamp collecting. It still feels weird.

Any opinion on these Worlds prizing compared to the upcoming regional bits and bobs that have been announced? (Might just be Armada, not sure what the blocks are these days). Yeah, the Armada ‘tokens’ got me to quirk a brow as they sure looked like defense tokens to me.

Switch, meeeeeeh, I’m okay with handhelds but Nintendo is fun with a DS, but the last time I really was a fanatic was the SNES stuff. I worry about it being in such a small console and what they’ll have to cut to make it fit. The last thing we need is another Wii Force Awakens or a title that’s reaching for the -snerk- glorious standard achieved by Kinect Star Wars.

Yeah, the uncut sheets seem very odd to me, especially since in other games, uncut sheets have more than just ONE card on them! Uncut Magic sheets are pretty cool, but, yeah, I dunno where they were going with this one.

Plus, where’s my LCG challenge coin? LCG gets shafted again.

I’m not a card gamer (or board gamer for that matter) so I hadn’t a clue what was part of their practice or not. I had wondered if that was maybe a ‘thing’ somewhere, but couldn’t have placed it if it were. Transposing one system onto another isn’t always a bad idea, not at all in fact, but it still feels peculiar.

While it does kinda suck that the LCG got left out, I’d much prefer X-wing and Armada going back to their old medals instead. Take my shiny coins and leave me the shiny-er medals! I love those things.
